Tong Eng Brothers, a property developer of the Teo family; and Yeap Holdings, a family investment company, have formed a 50:50 joint venture. As early as 1970, the joint venture partners had purchased a 40-acre (over 1.74 million square foot) freehold land parcel. The area extends from Nim Road to Seletar Terrace. In this area, this land bank was second only to Bukit Sembawang Estates, a Singapore-listed property developer. Stratton Park, completed in 1992, Belgravia Park, which obtained Temporary Occupancy Permits (TOPs) in 1995, and Stratton Green, which saw residents move in by 2003, were some of Fairview Developments’ earliest projects.
Strata landed housing projects on Belgravia Drive make up the later phases. Two of the earlier cluster house properties have already been 100% sold and they are Belgravia Villas and Belgravia Green.
